Who We Are
Drains R Us was started by Eddie Hernandez, who has lived on Staten Island his whole life and has been clearing drains here for over twenty years. It was built on a simple idea that is easy to say and harder to keep: treat every property the way you would want someone to treat your own home.
That is why the company never grew into something unrecognisable. When you call, you get Eddie or somebody he trained personally. Not a dispatcher three states away, not a subcontractor you have never met who happened to be free that afternoon.
